Life Coaching/Compassionate Inquiry

Introduction

My Life Coaching services include a new type of certified counselling called Compassionate Inquiry, modeled after the work of renowned therapist and author Dr. Gabor Maté, who co-developed CI with Sat Dharam Kaur, ND. My specialty is working with clients who are challenged with difficult habitual patterns they wish to change, or challenged in their recovery from addictions or trauma.

What Is Compassionate Inquiry?

Compassionate Inquiry is a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world.

Using Compassionate Inquiry, both the client and therapist unveil the level of consciousness, mental climate, hidden assumptions, implicit memories and body states that form the real message that words both express and conceal. Through this work, clients can connect to the truth within themselves in the present moment, become free from self-generated suffering, and gain insight, clarity and choice in their behaviour.
