‘The Mind Game’ Kundalini Yoga Workshop with Krishna Kaur, Toronto, Ont.

“The Mind Game”
If you are not careful, your mind will play games with you. Without realizing it, you can let yourself get stressed out, disappointed or jealous all because of a thought. Or you can tap into a level of peace and self satisfaction despite the flux of good and bad emotions.“We are at a crucial change of the time – a change of an Age. The basic sensitivity of people to their own psyche and to each other is shifting. Now we must all experience and know our mind so we can choose to act in an elevated and effective way. Nothing less will be acceptable in this Age of Awareness. This is the practical technology to elevate ourselves” Yogi Bhajan

This workshop will give you an enjoyable experience of re-directing your mind so it will be a more reliable friend to you. Together we’ll sweat, dance, stretch, breathe, laugh, sing and meditate our way to a relaxed, energetic, stable, peaceful and awakened state of mind. Come and experience the Kundalini Yoga techniques that will help you win the Mind Game.

Krishna Kaur is a dynamic heart-centered yoga teacher, who studied with Yogi Bhajan for over 25 years, and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga all over the world since 1970.
