‘Healing the Wounds of Love’
There is nothing more wonderful and more powerful than love. Love is the power that moves us through life. It is the creative impulse that becomes the challenges and opportunities we encounter on our way to becoming the flower we were destined to be. Full, fragrant and colourful. Curious, peaceful and enjoying the journey. The pain of becoming that flower is as important as being the flower in full bloom.
Through kriya, breath and meditation we will begin the process of releasing the contractions around the wounds of love and open the way to simply Be!
