A Kundalini Yoga Workshop
Learn How Kundalini Yoga and Breathing Techniques can keep you Healthy, Happy and Holy.
Busy people, hard working people and dedicated people sometimes forget to find a place of stillness where they can regroup and revitalize. Exploring the power of breath will help you to keep doing your best while also taking care of yourself. This workshop will focus on using various yoga breathing techniques along with movement (yoga) and meditation to bring you peace, tranquility and joy. Practical take home tips will be available.
Krishna Kaur is a dynamic heart-centered yoga teacher, who studied with Yogi Bhajan for over 25 years, and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga all over the world since 1970. In 1993 Krishna founded Y.O.G.A. for Youth, an amazing program that takes yoga and meditation into after school programs, juvenile detention facilities and prisons. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her teaching.
