Teachers:
Nirmal Singh, a Kundalini Yoga Professional Teacher Trainer, has taught Kundalini Yoga since 1999. He has devoted himself to the study and practice of yoga and meditation and holds the teachings of this ancient yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) with utmost respect. Nirmal, the creator of ‘The Wellness Path’ producing 3HO yoga-related events, retreats and workshops, is sincere in his commitment to a yogic lifestyle and believes self-empowerment begins with dedication.

Daya Kaur has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1996, teaching, and living a yogic lifestyle since 2002.  A KRI certified Associate Teacher Trainer, Daya has additional training in Healthy Breast Program, KY for Addiction Recovery, Radiant Child, and Holistic Nutrition.  She weaves the physical aspect and philosophy of yoga with a daily spiritual discipline, and she delights in sharing these sacred teachings through classes, workshops and retreats.

Danusia (Kirn Kaur) Szwejkowska, B.A. Hons., a Kundalini Yoga Intern Teacher Trainer and KRI Internationally certified Level II Kundalini Yoga Practitioner, began her practice in 2000. ‘Kirn Kaur’ means  princess who is the ray of light. She has been sharing the teachings of Yogi Bhajan with clarity, joy and passion since 2002. K-Yoga.ca, her on-site yoga company, offers workshops and training on well-being. Release. Energize.
