What Peru offers:
Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and the Mountains:
The retreat centre offers a restful and magical guesthouse, set in a charming garden in the Sacred Valley of the Inca. It is composed of bright and peaceful rooms, built from adobe with private bathrooms and hot water; each one has its own unique view of the mountains and the gardens. The round house yoga studio has a hardwood floor, big windows overlooking the mountains. The surrounding gardens are filled with medicinal plants of the Andes and brilliant flowers. At any time, you can also enjoy a beautiful floral bath and visit the unique waterfall near by. A sweat lodge is provided at the beginning of your stay. Their menu is vegetarian including delicious and nutritious, protein-filled Andean cereals and legumes. For more information on accommodations and meals, please contact the travel agency.

A few hours of yoga will be offered each day to cover this very rich “Beyond Addiction” Program with Kundalini. Time is set aside for your personal exploration and meditation in the garden and hiking in the mountains. We will be visiting these incredible Inca salt mines called Maras. We will also visit the inevitable Machu Picchu and enjoy the hot springs nearby.

After having covered the program, you will be part of a network of people who have done the course before and professionals to support you. You will have access to a web of info like online yoga classes and talks to pursue your discipline and to keep up with teaching others.

Package includes:
All nights in the Valley, one night in fascinating Cuzco City, one night in Aguas Calientes located near Machu Picchu, excursions to Maras and Ollantaytambo, transport, hotel accommodation, entrance tickets and tourist train to Machu Picchu. All meals are also included.
