The Wellness Path is an independent local business, created and owned by Nirmal Singh (aka Tom Russell). We offer a multi-faceted path of healing through Coaching, Yoga and Music, as a means to provide clients with both personal and community support on their journey of self-discovery. The Wellness Path’s vision is to inspire clients to discover and follow their inner guidance, and keep up their commitments to realize the very best version of themselves.

1. COACHING
At The Wellness Path, we help you learn how to be fully engaged with yourself, relationships, career goals, transitions and the world around you. We help you find the best version of yourself now, and in the future. Nirmal Singh enjoys working with people from all lifestyles and belief systems, in Canada and around the world. He especially enjoys working with mature adults who are going through small and large transitions in all aspects of life.

(i) Compassionate Inquiry
Compassionate Inquiry is a mind-body approach to healing, developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, renowned for his work in the addiction and trauma recovery fields. As a Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, Nirmal Singh uses a gentle, compassionate approach to help people uncover and heal blocks in the present moment that have roots in the past. (ii) Life Coach
As a Certified Master Coach Practitioner, Nirmal Singh helps others discover, implement and commit to their goals successfully, using simple and practical daily tools and ongoing support to realize their goals. Explore this and more HERE.

2. YOGA
At The Wellness Path, we offer specialized yoga programs as well as trainings and retreats to help you discover your true nature.

(i) Beyond Addiction Classes, Workshops and Trainings
As a Beyond Addiction teacher and trainer, Nirmal offers regular online classes, as well as in-person and online trainings. This program helps people who are looking to develop healthy habits and overcome addictive behaviour. Addictive behaviour is any unwanted pattern of behaviour that negatively affects one’s life in any way. This world-wide program, created by Sat Dharam Kaur, features the unprecedented work of Dr. Gabor Maté and others in the recovery field. (ii) Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainings and Programs
As a Lead Teacher Trainer, Nirmal Singh offers both Level One and Level Two Kundalini Yoga teacher trainings online and in-person. This includes outreach programs. These programs are not only powerful for those who want to develop or expand their yoga teaching career, but also for those who want to develop a deeper relationship with themselves, through Kundalini Yoga. 3. MUSIC
The Wellness Path has been producing sacred chant concerts in Toronto since 2006. Some of the internationally recognized musicians of magical, blissful sounds through music we have brought to Toronto include Snatam Kaur, Deva Premal & Miten, Krishna Das, Ajeet, Mirabai Ceiba and Simrit.
